What an adorable video! 😀 I didn’t realize it was Light’s birthday. I too am a fan of “Death Note” and own both nendoroids. I really hope Good Smile will release a 2.0 version of Ryuk as well.
So a couple months ago i got both L and Light neidroids, but they were fake. I still love them thought because they look exactly like the real ones, and all the accessories look good with a lot of detail. Whoever made those fakes did a pretty good job with making them look real and still happy to have them in my collection
I just found out there's a fake Light and L. I checked last time at MFC and they didn't declare any counterfeits. I guess I'll be doing a comparison soon! Hehe

The chair is the second cover of the manga. So like lights prop from the manga cover the scythe. That is why the chair looks like that and why he is in one.

@@JennySupremo i dont really have a theme/specific anime for what nenderoids i want- ill try to save up some money for the ram and emilia tho bc that would be fun. i plan on getting an oikawa nenderoid bc it was the first nenderoid i ever saw and i just thought it looked cute-
ohhh the captain with no butt huh. hmmm. he would be cool too especially since he's a captain. I think, of all Haikyuu nendoroids, only the captains has their own jackets. not very sure about it though. But i really think so.
I ordered mine from a figure shop in Facebook. These were released waaaay back last year tho idk if there are still on hands lying around. Also WELCOME to Nendo collections! I hope you have fun despite the frustrations of all the small flimsy parts haha!

As someone who drop reading Death Note after two chapters, it was nice to listening to so many facts. They look adorable, especially L. Do you own the first version of them too? Do you know what they changed about their design?
Unfortunately I don't own the first versions. They were one of the early releases of Nendoroids and if I happen to find pre owns for sale it's crazy expensive nowadays. As a deathnote fan, it actually makes me sad ;(

I did say the nendos were pretty unpopular by means of pre orders. But that's just me assuming things. The characters however are very well known. It's just that the overall details and the possible poses are pretty bland making me think a re run would be hard 🤷🏻♀️

I accidentally bought a fake L Nendoroid,,, So,, story time... I was bored and diceided to check out some figures, and I saw him on sale, i bought it cause the comments said that they received an original and without any problems,,,, I guess the comments were done by the seller, because I did not receive a original L Nendoroid.... Lol. I didn't get my money back, so yeah...
Hmmmm it depends I guess. It could be that but also, maybe the shop used to sell authentic figures and decided to sell fake later on or the ones who left reviews are just innocent and didnt know they also received fakes. 🤷🏻♀️
They don't usually mention it's fake. If you're buying from shops like Amazon, what they usually do is put OEM or mispell manufacturers or won't declare manufacturers at all
