@@etebol absolutely not! The unions were started with good intentions and actually made a difference in working conditions but now they are just here to make money off the union workers. The union leaders wanted trump out of office and wanted biden in, even donated money to bidens campaign, now look at the union workers, several thousand of them lost their jobs almost immediately
@@markwilliams4525 No, That's because the rich who own those companies won't pay them what they deserve. No one can have a fair deal when inflation goes up 6% a year and salaries go up 1%. That's why you join a union, or else you are on your own trying to explain to your HR person why this is not fair.
Wow, this is so sad that this happened, but also very concerning as this involves a non-union company (not surprised). And now Oracle Elevator owns both Premier Elevator and EMR Elevator, plus they use Smart-Rise controllers, which are considered some of the worst elevator controllers out there.
Think it was confirmed that they lost their contract with MIA!!!! Safety first and knowledge is power. Technicians and their employers must equip and train themselves with the proper safety elevator practices. If using jumper wires you must have a log at the controllers and shut down the elevator if can’t fix the elevator.
Could you please help me understand what happened here? Who put in the jumpers, oracle? Or the buildings/airport themselves? What would be the purpose of jumping if it removes all of the fail safes?
