Funny thing is, i know barely anything about the universe of 40K. Ive played a few games and a friend of mine, may he rest in piece, was a huge fan so when i took this on it was a little bit of a tribute as well. It seems this 30K project is going to get more bloody so it will be interessting to compose to it. Glad you enjoyed it! :D

Thank you for having a listen and i'm glad you enjoyed it! And yeah, even tho i used the bwaa sound in the second trailer song as well, it was to make it correspond to this track. So it follows the same kinda of style. But we had a discussion about it and we kinda came to agree on lessen the bwaa horns and build, as you mentioned, more ambient feel. As this was the first song i made for the project in total, it was a learning experience and to set a premise for the soundtrack as a hole and i totally agree, i will be try and make sure it doesn't sound like a stereotypical film-score. ;) Overall, i thank you for the input, its appreciated! I hope my work will improve as the project progresses.

I have no doubts that you'll deliver a score worthy of the Emperor and His glory.

They asked for Dawn of War 3 feel for the song, so i had a listen and i thought: Hey! Let's have some fun since i recently listened to Mick Gordon's Doom soundtrack! - Well, this is the result. I am hoping to make the rest of the movie score in similar spirit so it will be interesting to see where it leads. I am glad you enjoyed the song. :D

BTW, what plugins did you use and where can I get my hands on them?

I primarily use East West, last pack cost me a buck, but they are some quality sample packs and the rest is mostly just standard FL studio plugins that came with the program. PArametric EQ2 is hell of a tool to use as well as the original reverb plugin works better as well for some odd reason. XD

At the moment i would prefer to keep it connected to this project only. I will let you know though in the future if the team is okay with it being used for other projects. :D Thank you for asking & im glad you enjoy it!
