This scene hurts so much! It's one of the reasons I have never been able to forgive Dan at all, and why I can't completely forgive Deb. They both put Nathan through so much.
James Lafferty is a great actor. The way he conveys Nathan’s emotions with his eyes is fantastic and real. It makes it easy to tell, even in the earlier episodes, that he is just a lost, lonely kid looking for guidance. One of the main reasons why I love his character so much. ❤️
I think the reason Why Karen is saying "Don't let Dan poison him against you" was ironic since Dan told Lucas about Karen rejecting Dan Part time custody of Lucas, and I don't remember the scene where Deb told Nathan about her fling when he was at camp.
