This is exactly how I feel whenever I vote, I’m voting for others around me. I’m a recently retired black man with a 401k and full pension so I’m good but not everyone else can claim that. I would love to see you on C-SPAN one morning soon. Keep up the excellent work beautiful lady💐

I'm in the same boat with retirement, 401K, and a veteran. We're good, but the Millennials & Gen Z is the battleground. Talk to them and see what their issues are. They're not the same as ours & they roll a different way. The democrats have to use their time and energy on them. IMO, it's a waste of time to talk to Blk Trump supporters, but I guess some think they can sway them, I don't. That conversation is more worth it; they could move to the democratic party if the policies are right!

@@user-mx8kk4rd2e It's funny because I have been thinking the same thing lately. I am not of retirement age yet (im 55) but I have a pension a 401k and some other assets. I think I would be able to withstand another presidency if you know who became President .The thing is I really believe there are a lot of other people that would SUFFER ,people that don't have access to those types of resources. It's a shame.

That's based on Silicon Valley mostly and their connection to the military defense industries. Tech companies get military contracts. Meta, X (Twitter) gets government subsidies. Game time! Silicon Vally Bank went under last year. It's getting tight.

Karen, this was brilliant. His question about what can he do that you can't was so telling. He has no clue about the privilege he has. And I appreciate your very civil and very honest response. The silence on his end when you did that, I don't know, but I think he might have learned something he's never had to think about. This was awesome! The way you engaged with this gentleman and brought some things to his consciousness. This is what we have to have, open dialog between people of different ideology and have a grown discussion. I have to give the gentleman some credit also for being cordial, not over talking, and being open to listening because it may not happen for this guy but there maybe others that can be convinced to at least sit out for this election instead of voting for trump! As our sister, Prof. Hunter, always says: "... let's put our emotions to the side and strategize." It's about strategy people (even the idea of registering Rep. in those key states, a strategy well known within Rep. circles). These people are not playing games. For example, this man called in, pretending to be a sensible and sincere advisor. Before he made the call, he convinced himself he was neutral so his speech would follow by leading with the pretense that he disagrees with both sides, all while knowing he was a MAGA supporter. That's what they call a wolf in sheep's clothing. Some of you have no idea who we are dealing with, but unfortunately, you'll learn one day, the hard way. Luckily, some of these callers seemed to always F around and found out that Karen Hunter is a practicing journalist, a professor at the collegiate level, and an editor if I'm not mistaken. She has a masterful way of making these people reveal who they are (remember the caller Kevin from New Jersey).
