Debra Hates Gianni | Everybody Loves Raymond 

This is why I often hesitate hiring friends. Knowing someone personally and knowing someone professionally are often two very different situations.

Never knew that guy's name was Gianni, but I'm only on Season 3. Maybe I missed it.

As soon as Gianni brought in the new stove you could tell there's no way it was going to fit.

Loves how Ray often takes the time to comes up with these creative or unusual nicknames for his wife. The fact that Debra barely bats her eyes over this show she is used to this.

This is one episode where Debra pissed me off. She thought it was a great idea to hire Giannie against Ray’s opinion, because she didn’t consider the risk of the tension that could come with hiring a friend to renovate, and do maintenance to your house, and when the issues started coming up, and she realised that it wasn’t working out with him, she told Ray that he had to fire him, because he was his friend, which showed her lack of regard for Ray’s friendship, so she didn’t care that he might’ve lost a friend that he had for years over her idea. And she used words like “I’m un-picking him” and “we have to let him go” to then say “you’re firing him because he’s your friend” she was so selfish in this episode.

As incompetent and annoying as Gianni is with his work if it wasn’t for him, Ray and Debra might have never gotten together.

This is why you should never hire a friend

When I am not styling women’s and men’s hair I am a landlord and I would never rent either of my properties to my friends. If they can’t pay rent to the point that I have to evict them that would ruin the friendship. Also confronting them about it would be hard because I would have to be a little less blunt than I would be with tenants I have a landlord tenant relationship with

I began to think Gianni don't have a local license to do the work. The new stove that he is setting did not fit. He didn't measure it first. He try to do the Robert and Amy's kitchen. He left the sink busted.

Debra really should've thought this through. Gianni was really a single-version of Ray. The "Van Gogh" joke was good by both Ray and then Debra at the end.

I had a situation like this. My dad hired some random guy to work on my sister car. And I had to pay for everyday the guy was here. I knew the guy was just killing time, everyone knew. But my dad didn’t want to be mean to the guy. I ended up overspending 500 dollars

True comedy at its very best one of TV best sitcoms ever to the actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten still going strong keep the laughs coming to the barone family god bless you guys appreciate a good laugh and the memories stay safe and warm out there stay safe and strong as well job well done you should be amazed and proud love you guys thanks !!! Debra hates everyone. She hates her husband, her In-laws, and herself. This show is the first popular show in television that has the mom emasculate her husband, complain about her in-laws for helping her, and is a constant b*** in a bad mood. Poor Debra.

I like this show because it was extremely not gay as it should be because if you are forced to be gay, you are the problem
