Someone just gave me some freeze dried bananas with cinnamon on them. I was wondering how to make a bananas foster bonbon. I am going to use my Dreidoppel Jamaican rum paste and crush the bananas with a rolling pin. Glad someone else has tried this flavor. Thanks.

Could I substitute rum extract for the alcohol as I don’t drink and I don’t want to consume alcohol in any way. I have had Bananas Foster in the past and it is absolutely delicious 😋 but that was when I was drinking.
