it may have been a friend of the family who let the neighborhood get in and then this happened. Sometimes stuff like this happens in NYC especially if they cant get a hold of the family maybe living far away.

So instead of placing a couple of dumpsters in an already unused lot they are going to pay to clean it, pay to protest the dumping, pay to find who is dumping, and possibly pay to lobby law changes... There is a reason we place trash cans in public places. It is much easier that way.
Put up a camera there and anywhere there’s a vacant lot. Also if the deceased had no family most likely it was the landlord, then charge them. If you can find that the person is deceased I’m sure you can find their address and all that trash.
Does no one care about it being a deceased person's stuff thrown out?? Meaning pictures and family memorabilia??? The title made me think it was someone doing a deceased person's poesessions wrong. But it was just about where they tossed them. It was more about keeping the ally clean. This was a badly made reporter and focus. No one tried to contactthe deceased's person's family?? Were there any pictures of important documents? Yes. Badly done report indeed.
