This last General Assembly of 2020 for Independent Guåhan will discuss the theme of youth empowerment with presentations by Dr. Debra Cabrera, a sociologist from University of Guam and Starlet Cruz, a mentor from Inafa'maolek. As Maga'taotao the group will honor Vice-Mayor-Elect for the village of Mangilao Kevin Delgado.
