Heres some tips if you want to start journaling pick a topic and a color/s that will match that topic go on pintrest and search "*that color/s* aestheic" then pick the picture that gives you the same vibes as ur topic and for spread ideas you can go look at others try not to overload with too much pictures unless you are doing a collage hope this helped 🤍🤍 also if you aren't in to mood, don't force yourself

Lol, pen and paper will always do, though! You can create beautiful journals and spreads by printing on regular paper or just doodling! It's really therapeutic too.
