Thank you George! I promise I’ll cook a fish I’ve caught in my video next year. FYI, the burner I bot was $15 at AliExpress vs $32 at amazon. I did buy the pot from Amazon tho. The cup was from Walmart to save a few pennies.😁 In this video I didn’t use my waders. I only had my rain boots so I only walked in like 4-5 ft. I’m still not sure but the watch has been great. Today I was able to land 3 fish between 8am and 10am, when the watch said the bite would be good. I guess I’m not knowledgeable about the relationship between moon phase and fish bite so I’d rather trust the watch but so far it seems to be working. Of course it depends on what fish you’re targeting too. Anyway, I wish you the best and happy holidays to you and your family.

Hi George, yes it’s AliExpress. Most of the products sold on Amazon are resellers buying from from either Alibaba or AliExpress and selling with a mark up. In terms of safety, I don’t think you can never trust any company from China. But I have confidence in Visa or Mastercard for a quick credit if my card is used without my signature. For those who are concerned can use a card through PayPal or use a debit card with just enough funds in the account to cover the cost of goods. If the price is not too different then I’ll use Amazon but usually I can find a better deal if I’m not in a hurry. Their shipping time is pretty accurate and I usually order from sellers with a good rating. (Some sellers won’t ship to the US). I guess once you order you technically have an account with them and they will bombard you with various offers which I don’t mind as I use a dummy email account for various registration. The watch set was pretty easy. You just have to make sure to input your correct location and code which is in the back of the manual. There is also instructions on RU-vid as well. Personally, I think someone should just make an app for your smartphone (I’m sure someone already has) because it must be a pretty simple program to calculate the moon phase in your location to put it in a $20 watch. 😀 I hope this helps. ok, I better get my butt to the gym and also start working on editing my trip from yesterday.
