Hi, do I still get the marks for Q5 if I draw the activity network using unnecessary dummies?

Why is the critical path the one with the most jobs ?
@rtwodrew2

Say each job takes 1 hour. If a path only has 4 jobs, it takes 4 hours, whereas a path with 5 takes 5. This means that jobs in the 4 path may be able to be delayed because the whole thing isn't getting done until the 5 hour path is done. Thus the path with the most number of jobs is critical if the jobs all take the same amount of time

21:40 I think you are wrong you used 4 workers but it can be done with 3 and the question says you must do it in minimum? BEFIM, CGHJ, ADKL

BEFIM exceeds 32 days: B = 6 days. E = 5 days, but can't be started until A is finished so it takes 5 days + 2 days = 7 days F = 8 days I = 6 days M = 6 days 6 + 7 + 8 + 6 + 6 = 33, 33 > 32. You're BEFIM worker is wrong.
