The satisfying clicks. Love the opening with MissFuzzyButters. I hated that YSL balmy compact thing. I found it to be a pain to use. Great video! My most crowded drawer is bronzers. I'm a sucker for a great bronzer.

That Givenchy loose powder is gorgeous on the skin! I'm thinking of picking up the newest one in the red packaging as I don't have that shade. Not sure though how it will look on my NC25 skin.

I'm so glad I found your channel. All these "influencers *coincidentally* review the same collections of the same brand all the time. The higher end luxury is never reviewed, save the foundation. So hard to find people swatch YSL Glossy stain, Armani Maestro, Kevyn Auction, Shiseido, Tom Ford and Dior. BTW you can get Estee lauder powder refills to put in place of the other one. I wouldn't throw away the YSL compact; Just too pretty. Take the product out and put in some oil absorbing sheets. I have my Great-grandma's abalone estee lauder compact from the 50's and I was surprised that the still sell the refill.

The sniff test was hilarious! The second you moved on to those CT powders I instantly thought.. uh oh...stinky... ;-) Wish I could have tried the old La Mer loose powder. I bought the new version randomly on a treat yo'self kind of day...and hated it. Seemed really drying and I could just feel it on my face all day. So I didn't touch it for a few months. Then I went back to it on a whim, and now it seems to work really well for me. I can't figure out why! Hmm... The other powder 'revelation' was the RMS Un Powder... I just grabbed it during Black Friday sales, and I love it so much I actually have to stop myself using it every day, so I can still make use of the other ones I have. It's matte (sadly), but somehow that doesn't bother me, as I don't find it drying at all, it sets makeup amazingly well, and is blurring too. I love pouncing it around with Sonia G's Face One brush. Heaven...! :-)

I love your Pat McGrath shelf! 💖💕 I think I would have screamed if you had tossed the La Mer OG powder and I haven't even tried it🤣 I think I need to finally toss my CT loose powder. I've been keeping it in the back of a drawer to look at occasionally so I can get angry at it- I don't know how that's supposed to help me but yeah.

Morning makeup friend!🥰 I’ll have to find the video again of you talking about how to work with the Sisley Irisee powder because I have been using the YSL loose powder and haven’t found one that I like better.. I like a bit of luminosity with a finishing powder. That’s what I mainly use powder for, because I don’t like to set makeup because it tends to look too heavy on me as I get “older”. I like some skin to show through. I think it’s much more flattering. Ps: your little Boston is so sweet💜💖🥰😝

Hahaha I actually bought the Charlotte Tilbury powder because of your video where you said something about it giving you a sheen which is great if you have dry skin. It’s my HG powder so I’m worried she’ll discontinue it because so many gurus hate on the smell :(

I keep my CT powder in Vegas along with my sisley so I force myself to use it. The rest of my powders I keep in Colorado and I'll bring them to Vegas as I finish what I have there. I took in becoming numb to the crayon smell of CT

How would you apply those Amani fluid sheers? I like sheer applications but I’m not sure how to get that kind of product where I want it. You’ve gotten me interested in some great powders and brands I haven’t tried. I finally got one of those Cle de Peau Fairy powder compacts. (Maybe the last new one in the world. From Korea no less. But it thankfully it is the real deal.) I actually love a gel mattifier for my makeup bag for touchups. It keeps you from putting powder over powder and getting cakey. There aren’t any great ones on the market right now though. The YSL one that you pitched was awful. Smashbox used to make one that they sadly discontinued. So I’m on the lookout. If you find one please share the info. Thanks. Enjoy your Sunday!
