This could be a rare event that happens when the vent lockdown systems fail, and gas leaks to HCZ, EZ, and SZ (Heavy Containment, Entrance, and Surface Zones)
Actually, this could be a good way to deincentivize camping areas. If slowly over the match period (After 15 minutes) certain areas in Heavy Containment got gas leaks from LCZ, kind of like a cold vase that you can't pick up which appears naturally after about 20-25 minutes, starting from the less valuable places that you can loot early on like 096's room or 049's room, then the better and more active places like Micro or 939's old room. There could even be a sort of hidden event that happens under a certain amount of players to make things harder in terms of environmental hazards where the same thing happens but in LCZ too over the 15 minute period (Places like the greenhouse and restrooms at 10 minutes, armory and peanut room at 5 minutes, 914 at 1 minute then the whole place at 0 seconds of course.)
@@xnotable I honestly forgot I made this comment, but I guess my reasoning was to *avoid* having it be a manual activation with one of the BEST level keycards that can't be newly created once LCZ gets decontaminated. Plus, what about the people who camp in the nuke room constantly switching it back off. Having it slowly seep throughout the facility instead of an instant autonuke (On some servers) after 20-25 minutes could be a neat gameplay mechanic about "What route do we take" instead of "We got this much time to get out"
@@shibainu2528 to me, honestly, having more ways to destroy the site other than the nuke would simply make it even more annoying, and probably make SCP gameplay more harder than it needs to be, even though the camping is bad indeed i'd rather another solution than having a decontamination process go through the whole facility,
There is such a bug in SCP SL that if you start decontamination of LCZ, and then turn it off by Admin panel, the decontamination of all zones will begin.
Like as 079 a button pops up saying Leak decontamination and you press it it warns the scps before hand and then it starts and 079 gets powered down because 079 is using all of it's power to do it Then right before it happens Nuke overrides then 079 overrides
I see this claiming so many lives, but it would be an excellent opportunity to add beta-7 and the use of equippable gas masks for the people who can't get out, by then it would be a matter of finding a new way out
Beta-7 doesn’t make sense since they handle anomalous exhibiting extreme biological, chemical, or radiological hazards, makes more sense for a new task force or team to be made to combat failures
You'll have to defend the helicopter/van from the enemy team. CI have to escape by van, right before the van leaves, then can press like e to enter the van. But MTF and/or SCPs can try to attack the chaos at the van to kill them. The same goes for the MTF helicopter, CI can attack it, same with SCPs If 2x more MTF that escape than Chaos then its an MTF win. If 2x more more Chaos escape, its an MTF win. If it's less than 2x for both sides, its a stalemate. If nobody escapes and there are no SCPs, its also a stalemate. If the SCPs kill everyone before they escape, then the SCPs win.
it TECHNICALLY does exist in the form of a radiation leak plugin. I don't know what it's called, but after the Alpha Warhead detonates, players on surface slowly start taking damage due to 'radiation poisoning.'
cool idea, execution coulda been better but can't really complain since its fan made. CASSIE announcements are way too frequent, and there are too many filler words like "about" or casual/unprofessional language like "going to" instead of saying something like "spreading to"
