In this video, I bring you along on a day of shopping for Christmas decorations in Manhattan! I also walk around Little Italy, Chinatown, the East Village, run into a bunch of drunk Santas doing Santacon 😂, have a fun night out with friends, and then decorate my little NYC apartment ❤️ I hope I always find this much joy in red bows and tiny ceramic trees. 😺This brought back memories of my Christmas with my 😺. No matter how much space they had they always gravitated to the ornaments. There wasn't a morning I would wake up and not find broken ornaments on the floor. Small price to pay for the joy they bring, I miss them.😿Thanks for the memories. ...your intro music made me already smile... its like your signature (jazzy) sound, when the clip is about NY! 🎹🎶 ...I find those huge shops bursting with Xmas knick-knack always a bit overwhelming, so I mostly avoid them... some of the pricing is outrageous - a true rip-off! Living in community with our own hinterland forest, its easy to get a decent tree here for under £ 10. But I have to say, you've gained some really nice pieces, and I do love red too - very festive! You've done it, Stefanie - your apartment looks and feels ready to go... I bet your😼will still have a crack at bringing some of your deco down - it will just be too tempting... wishing you happy festive days🎄🌠❤

Watched your Santiago Walk Through Fire twice. Very well done and I thought about your experiences as I ran the NYC Marathon this past November.I am heading to Spain on May 30th to give it a go. At 74 I'm a little scared about travel, language and the distance. I have done some long distance walking in the Netherlands, but these events only last four days each. Enjoy the New Year and good luck with your next Camino.

Wow, Ray! Thank you SO so much ❤️ This is almost too much for my brain to handle haha! It’s so surreal to hear someone as inspiring as you was thinking of something I made. Congratulations on the NYC marathon! 🥳 That’s a huge accomplishment. The route goes right by my apartment! Hoping to do it myself one day 🤗 I’ll be wishing you the best of luck on your upcoming Camino! As long as you have your phone available for language translation, drink plenty of water, and listen to your body (especially on hot days), you’ll do great! Also, no need to do the whole thing at once, if it doesn’t feel right. Everyone has a different journey on the Camino. Good luck! And a Happy Happy New Year ✨
