Decoupage Notebook Makeover With Raised Stencil  

In this video, I demonstrate how to turn plain notebooks into unique stationery using raised stencil and paper napkin decoupage techniques. These recycled soft cover beige notebooks were only $2 each, and with the addition of pretty napkins and 3D raised stencil using metallic paints mixed with powder, they become one-of-a-kind stationery items.
I used Vintage Paint by JDL in Metallic Gold and Bronze, along with Vintage Paint Primer & Sealer. For the decoupage glue, I used Art Potch and incorporated floral and flamingo paper napkins.
