Post extertional malaise, or what I call "adjustment periods", is a vital part of recovery. It's just about avoiding big adjustment periods by "pushing and crashing", little ones are okay and vital in the process! However, if you're experiencing an adjustment period you must protect your mindset at all costs and respond well to the symptoms. That's all you can do! For more immediate relief to tone done symptoms however I would do breathing and that would usually help tone it down at least a little in the moment

If your pain is always higher than a 5 ,almost 7 to 8 all the time what do you do ? Thank you for all your videos

In the video I explain that the scale is from 0 to 5, and I use this because it helps stop catastrophizing. So in this context, your 7 or 8 all the time is a 4 out of 5 on the scale
