One of the best part about Deadf1sh the fact that MORE musicians, apart from the Idols, are getting models. First it was Harmony, then her and maybe in future Splatoons more musicians appear like this.

I’m just so happy Dedf1sh wasn’t forgotten. I had a feeling she had something to do with Side Order due to #35 - caught from Return of the Mammalians, and the tone of the song made me feel she wasn’t done yet. Glad to see I was right and glad to see Acht now in her 3-dimensional glory

When I saw Side Order first up, I legitimately freaked out and might have cried a bit lol. I didn’t think they would show it first up, gave me a heart attack from the very beginning hahaha I screamed when I saw Dedf1sh like aaaaaaaaaa she’s here and she looks absolutely amazing in 3D! I need Side Order now in my hands

Side Order looks absolutely insane, I love the aesthetic of all the different environments and the design for Pearl’s new droid (‘gives me a bit of an early EPCOT Center kinda vibe). Also as someone who grew up playing a ton of Super Paper Mario, ‘getting the chance to finally experience TTYD for myself is gonna be awesome!

I literally freaked out when the Side Order trailer appeared and couldn't pay attention to the rest of the direct After that I went to bed forgetting to charge my phone, woke up really late because my phone died in the middle of the night and how I expelled so much energy hyperfixating over Dedf1sh yesterday (I love her so much), and now I'm more than an hour late to school. Whoops! 😅

I’m loving the aesthetic of Side Order and I popped off when it was the first thing that was shown off right off the bat. The fact that Dedf1sh/Acht now has a 3D model made me scream and tear up a bit, she looks incredible! I’m looking forward to seeing how they’re going to expand the lore and it’s gonna be interesting getting to tackle the new mission structure with the Pearl Drone as our companion. As for the Mario games that they showed off, Princess Peach Showtime looks so good and Peach really did serve with those new outfits. I was surprised that Mario Kart 8 is getting four characters for the final wave and I never thought that TTYD would actually get remade, but I’m so glad it’s happening!

I think this DLC may be an Octo Expansion sequel set in an alternate reality where Team Order won the final fest. I love the monochrome Portal-like vibe it's going for. It's gorgeous!

My theory is that Marina was experimenting with the Alterna memory crystals and VR and some sort of corruption happened, sucking everyone she knew into the VR.

This mode is definitely looking to be pretty sweet! Or should I say: fresh lol. That Dedf1sh appearance caught me by complete surprise as well, awesome to see her play a bigger role, although I do wonder what I will mean lore wise, will she potentially be a sanitized octoling who regain consciousness, sanitation experiment gone wrong, or maybe she will betray you at the end, so many possibilities and I can’t wait to see!!!!

Side order new trailer, mind blow me and others! Y'all remember that in octo expansion when getting sanditized, you starting to lose everything. Especially corruption anyone brains and meaningless soul. The fact that Acht aka DEDF1SH knows about Marina, is absolutely crazy! Like how does she even know Marina even she got sanitized!? Idk? But one only thing is certain, is that we're going have questionable and discover adventure of side order and man this looks a promising story mode!

The thing I love about these "Final splatfest" type deals, like the "squid sisters" voting one, and the "order vs chaos", is basically the game going "Which lovable character do you want to be a future antagonist? :D" Because we ALL know that's how this was gonna go. The moment we saw "Chaos vs Order", it was "fighting chaos, or disrupting disturbed order". Peace was never an option

ROBO PEARL MY BELOVED! 🩷 I hope they make a real life version of her, whether it’d be a plushie, like they did with Smallfry, or a more lifelike Robo Pearl, like maybe an alarm clock radio/bluetooth speaker that dances and her eyes could display the time of day or emote in certain ways. A few adorable examples being: turning into love hearts when you turn the music up or becoming sad, with a little tear or glaring at you, like Inkling Pearl would when you stand by the studio window in Splatoon 2. When you switch her off, eyes could close and maybe even make cute robotic snoring noises before she actually turns off, like she’s going to sleep. Her eyebrows could even act as on/off switch and volume slider too. There should also be a remote controlled fying toy, ov maybe all three of the things I just mentioned GIVE ME ALL THE ROBO PEARL MERCH!, IF THERE WILL BE ANY! There’d better be… OR ELSE… I’m joking, but I hope we do get some Robo Pearl merch, I already feel so emotionally attached to her 🩷🤍 In fact, seeing Robo Pearl has made me want Robo versions of ALL the idols DedF1sh looks cool too, I’ve just realised how much she looks like Shiver, especially her fingers. YAY, CHEETO FINGER TWINS! I know it’s a coincidence, but still. DedF1sh is so cute

Theory about the release date of side order, I think it will be released at the same time as Fresh season 2024, so roughly around March. Either on the first or maybe a few days to a week after.

I just realized that Inkopolis was also released at the start of fresh season this year, so I definitely think it'll be out in time for next year's fresh season. They might even make it a habit of releasing major updates (besides the seasons) around that time. Kind of gives a whole new meaning to "fresh"
