*I run the m6 daily, and my floors look awesome🌼 **allabout.wiki/Roborock-Robotic** I wet mop 2 days and dry sweep the rest of the days. When I first got it, I used the included disposable pads. I didn't like them--the dry pad has no depth so if it picks up a chunk of something, like dry cat food, then it pushes it around or drags it around the floor. The wet pad wasn't very absorbent so left streaks and wheel marks.*
I have to say I am happy with this device🌼 I did a good Mexican sweep and clean and the roomba was able to find more things and clean better then my style.
I need one that can move furniture, scrunch underneath stuff, mop, get in and out of impossibly tight spaces, then clean and recharge itself so I never, EVER have to touch it. That will be nanotechnology and we will all be dead :-( So, glad I could brighten everyone's day.
get the N79s, wrap the brush in a rag secured with hair ties, and before every second cleaning cycle spray the floor with cleaning solution, you now have one that can both mop and vacuum, and can fit under furniture
I know this is old but its one of the few videos i've seen regarding the 901 I am debating to buy either the 901 or the new DEEBOT 500 (old N95s) any preference?
My 901 won’t map the whole house...Is there a trick to make it finish the entire house? Once it has that, I have a feeling it would work better. I’ve had mine a week and it has yet to map or finish cleaning. I called tech-support number in the Philippines and they are pretty useless. They suggested some basic troubleshooting but I have a feeling the issue is my floor is over 2000 ft.². Am I able to compartmentalize and haven’t learned that way? The issue becomes the vacuum off and die completely before finding the charging dock while mapping. If I try to pick it up or put it close to the dock to assist it it loses the map! How annoying.
Surely with the size there must be issues with the dirt compartment. If the house was dirty would it get through a clean without using full capacity? 🙄
@3:08. Why are the brushes not working? I just ordered one of these form BJ's for under $200. It's going to replace my Neato Bot 80. After about a year, my brush on the neato doesn't seem to do much but just the same, is this something that can be disabled? As far as spot cleaning. My neato has that but of course, it requires the pressing of the onboard button. I'm not impressed and I think in the 2+ years I've used the neato, I have used the spot clean like 2 or 3 times. Who really uses this? And can't you just use the mapping to have it go clean known dirty spots (like under a island, in the kitchen, where people sit)?
I know there's quite a price difference, but does this come close to the Samsung POWERbot R7070 that you reviewed previously in terms of cleaning (strength/thoroughness)? The mapping feature on the phone looks a lot nicer, so I'm quite curious if the other features are on par. :)
How does this compare to the much more expensive, but similar, Neato bots in terms of mapping skills, smart cleaning patterns and general effectiveness?
yes, please which one is better, xiaomi or deebot 901, don't know which one is better and recommended. I want to buy but don't know which to choose thanks
I'm interested in epaper tablets, if by any chance you could check out the following you would be a life saver: 1) Remarkable tablet 2) Sony dpt-cp1 Thanky you and keep it up
give it a year and the stupid thing will start having critical errors. Deebot's are physically indestructible, but their software always has a habit of killing them. Thinking it always has a low battery and refusing to work longer than a minute even after a replacement, thinking its dust bin is out even if the sensor switch and internals are all perfect.. that sort of stuff. Never again after two, at least they were cheap.
I've been working on the 15" MacBook Pro review since late last week. Should be up Weds. I like to quality time with a high end laptop before publishing a review.
