Thanks Eric, just a question: it's different than T8+? Because with that you can simply put in a schedule in the app (here now daily in operation for a few months, never being stuck), so free Saturdays :) The good of the Ecovacs is the radar, so it's not depending on cameras or waypoints. like others often do [and running in the dark is no problem] After my LG died after 5 years, tested a few brands: but the Ecovacs really stood out in reliability and quietness [although it's not the cheapest]
Have just purchased a N8 pro + Used it once and had problems with it returning to the charging station. Now the battery is completely flat and I can't get it to recharge at all Is there a solution to this problem
Not sure if it’s the same for this brand but I have a roomba and the knock off bags on Amazon have failed for me. This is one of those things I definitely recommend pay a little extra for manufacturers parts.
Good review Eric! I have a Roomba that never gets used because it doesn’t seem to do anything other than get stuck under furniture. So. I think I’ll be waiting for the technology to improve further before I go spending more money on another automated vacuum. Thanks for the info.
Thanks Bradley! Yeah I would say the technology is definitely improving at a quick pace. I bet it won’t be long until you’re able to find one you like.
In the Siri Shortcuts app (not the Ecovacs app) on the same device as you have the Ecovacs app installed, create a new shortcut and search for Ecovacs actions when adding new actions to your shortcut. Save it and then ask Siri to run that shortcut.
