आपके रिलिटिव्ह मे किसीको तीव्र heart attack आगया.. तत्पर 10 लाख खर्चा बाता दिया तो क्या अस्पताल को सुकून देकर इलाज कराओगे वहा पैसा ही लगेगा... आज की दौर मे सुकून के साथ दौलत होना बहुत जरुरी है..

Muze pichle 3 sal se anxiety bahut jyada thi..bahut sare doctors ko dikhaya..bahut sare test karwaye..sab normal the lekin pareshan bahut tha...aisa lagta tha ki mar jaunga..doctors ne bahut sari dawaiya di..anxiety se acidity bahut badhti hai...par Mai pichle 8 mahine se deep breathing kar raha hu...Matlab 95% aram mila..Mai ye ab roj karta hu...yahi iski asli dawa hai...jisko ye taklib hai please deep breathing Karo....subhe 15 minutes aur rat ko some samay 15 minutes
