Very nice ma'am. These r effective. Also I found that When we read any stotra in clear voice or any shatnaam or chaalisa, the same starts to happen, we take a breath shortly and while speaking out, it takes time like slow exhalation. But witnessing breath, as you taught work faster .....

@@SonuKukrejaa not gonna lie depression is a different things and touchwood so far so such thing happened. Anxiety yes, the phase after a heartbreak was miserable. For the first few months I was shattered and very low at energy. Then somehow I gathered myself. I started doing light exercise and meditation. I tried looking at those areas of me which I think I need to work on. While meditating I looked at my 7 year old self and what I've become now due to dishonest people around. And I tried eliminating all of those things like over thinking, over sharing, over caring, putting people above me. Furthermore, I left things on god and the universe. Knowing that I haven't done anything wrong so whatever is happening, it's happening to save me from other unforeseen circumstances. I focus on my work. Because this is the only thing in my hand as of Now. Rest just leave it to the god. All the best.

@@Fitnees_world.. Over thinking is product of breathing short or breathing shallow. And it's vice versa. Short breathing naturally gives over thinking. By practicing on the breath it will vanish in 2-3 weeks

Hello ma'am... Mujhe anxiety issues rhte h... Ek to ek phobia rhta h ki koi disease catch na kr le aur dusra bina baat k bahut baar halki halki ghabrahat rhti h.. Bahut baar thik b rhta hu.. Anxiety ki wjh se mujhe upset stomach ki b problem h.. Kya ye exercise mere liye effective rhegi n isko kis kis time krna h... Kitne repetition krne h kis exercise ko... Pura detail me btaye plzzz...
