In this video, our amazing physiotherapists will teach you how to activate the deep core muscles in coordination with the outer core muscles. They will show you how to get started with some great cues and visualizations so that you can activate these muscles without cheating. They will also teach progressions to the exercises so that as you get better, you can continue to challenge yourself. Please note, that these exercises are great to protect your back from injury and make your back very resilient. However, if you suffer from back pain, we recommend seeing a physiotherapist, chiropractor or other primary care specialist to assess your specific needs and determine when it is best to start a strengthening program like this one!
