@ArtsyPowerApper shows how to use mathematical functions to add a bit of summary reporting to your apps. In this demo, she'll show how to use CountRows(), CountIf(), and Sum() to add a quick summary roll-up of all change order requests this month (the list is archived monthly)! Have fun and get creative in how you might use these functions!
FYI: There are 2 change requests in my list that are neither Schedule or Cost (which is why the count is 13 rather than 11).

We keep a total for an entire year which will almost always go over 500. Would you please have a session going over the 500 blue dot issue and how to work through the limitations?

Thank you. Very useful. Question: Inside a gallery, I would like to show count of rows from a different table for each galley item. So item 1, count table 1; item 2, count table 2 and so on. Do you think I can combine the Countrows and IF functions?

Yes, although you'll also need the Lookup() function since they are outside of the gallery items scope. Check out the article on the LookUp Function on the community. I also have a video on the topic on my channel too.

Hi Audrie, How i can count the number of tabs filled within a gallery for example say, there are 10 tabs in a gallery after each tabs filled it should show me the count as "status survey: 6/10 tabs are completely filled". how can I do this please help me
