Great catches, Steve. I learned something new today as I didn't know about "Slipper" lobsters. Our favorite way of cooking lobster tails is much like yours, on charcoal with melted butter with fresh minced garlic and I turn them meat down for a few seconds. That soup sounds amazing.

Hey brother, I live down in PG. Question, do you ever find lobsters closer to shore? Like in '20 of water?

I love both they look great and taste AMAZING my parents grill the lobsters and they cut a line in the body and put spices and other stuff in it but if you go to Vietnam where I’m going they have both types of lobsters in markets cheers and have a great day 🎉

Love it…. and you are killing me with that lobster dinner. Super job and I guess as a retired commercial diver… I am a spiny ’ guy but I would absolutely grab a slipper! Great job as always man.
