I have a project due for design 1 that deals with paints. I've never been a big painting person but tbh your channel has saved me a ton. I just finished my first digital painting and I learned a lot from just watching how you paint. It was pretty enjoyable! Might pick up painting for fun after this class is finished too

Kevin for acrylic painting you may enjoy using a stay wet palette. No need to spritz the palette and your mixes stay wet while you paint.

Loved this video. I like painting wilderness bush painting of southland New Zealand. We have a lot of tree ferns and ground ferns in our bush. Plus very interesting native trees. What coloumblack did you use for your underpainting on this painting?

I learned recently from David Jansen that if you add water the acrylic paint dries faster, he recommends that you add a flow extender rather, just wondered what your thoughts are on this? Lovely painting.

I would love a video on what colors can be substituted... quite often you suggest for example here red ocher and I dont have it and cant get it anytime soon.. so it would be nice to know if there is a color I can use other than specified color

Good painting tutorial. It would be better if the video focuses more on how you paint it and less switching cameras to show you talk although I love you explain how you do it.
