Deep Fried Flounder, Ah Pa showing how to fry fish.
Ingredients:
400g of flounder fish
Fresh Ingredients for Sauce:
1 tablespoon of big red chili (chopped)
1 tablespoon of fresh coriander’s stem (chopped)
1 tablespoon of spring onion, white part (chopped)
2 tablespoons of garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon of bird’s eye chili (chopped)
Seasoning:
1 round of light soya sauce
Appropriate amount of hot water
Few dashes of white pepper
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar
½ teaspoon of dark soya sauce (optional)
Few drops of Ong KY fish sauce
Garnishing:
Fresh corianders

thanks Ah Pa, that flounder fish looks amazing! 🤤 btw, can we use bell peppers to replace the bird eyes chillies? will it affect or alter the taste of the dish?
