My first class with you - I don’t know why nearing the end of the class I was bawling tears. Way too much was repressed and suppressed in my moola chakra and hip flexors for years which one couldn’t access. ❤I can’t believe how healing this was.
Great class and the music is the perfect addition. I returned last night from a multi-day hiking/backpacking excursion and loved the emphasis on hip opening exercises, particularly the reminder to look back at our trailing leg while in pigeon pose (mine rarely goes naturally straight).
