Ian Paice is number one ☝️ in drumming and percussionist. He's a real hero 🦸♀️, a drumming machine . There were those two " drumming machines " : Ian Paice and R.I.P. John Bonham . 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾😇☮️☮️ Really two masters , two drumming " monsters " . Long live Rock'n Roll !!!! ✅✅✅✅🤟🏿🤟🏿💜💜
How are you doin, IAN PAICE!!! I was invited by a lovely girl that worked in the FOX TWIN THEATERS wiith me. While at work she asked me" I've got two front row center tickets to see DEEP PURPLE @ municpal auditorium for tomorrow night" want to see them with me" stil to this day, not one band or performance that I've attended could hold a candle to that show. D.P. was fantastic, marvelous and I'll never forget them or that nights performance in San Antonio Texas!!!!! FABULOUS ! STUPENDOUS ! MAGNIFICO!!!!! THE YEAR WAS 1972 October as i recall. They were the tightest and smoothest of thier Career to that point. The music from MACHINE HEAD with tracs from FIREBALL, COME TASTE THE BAND AND WHO DO WE THINK WE ARE !!!!! ( THE GREATEST MUSICIANS TO EVER FORM A ROCK BAND) in my humble opinion . That night was really special. Each member took time for a really tasty solo break! Now, it seems that Ritchie has always been hard to understand or been difficult to get along with. HIS GUITAR ISN'T !!!!! NEVER EVER have i seen or even heard of before a Rock guitar player that could mesmerize a standing room only crowd in arena's the way he could with his natural ability to invent sounds and riffs that are unforgettable on the spot, flowing from his guitar in a league few players in history could ever accomplish. Roger Glover is like a rock with that solid "BUSHY" BASS sound that gives Ian Paice freedom to do what he does and make you tap your foot, and hear the beat move thru you, like a freight train on time! All the while, Jon Lord's masterfull melodys lifts all the sounds to an almost spiritual level truly, DEEP PURPLE is the most inventive rock band to ever emerge from the British invasion. Top it off with one of the most recognizable voices in metal rock in Ian Gillian! Seemingly effortless ability to meld with the moment to go from a buttery silky vocal to a high pitch scream on demand makes them one very important band in all of its incarnations for more than ffty years!
Damn HEAVY for that Time. It's my favorite Track on "Made in Japan", the best Live Album of all Times. They created real soundscapes, a real Space trucking, LOVE it. Greetings from Germany, O
The Brilliant R.I.P. Jon Lord is giving here a hell of a show together with with all the band which lasts up 🆙 to together 22: 30 minutes . This is in my opinion his best show in here from the " Made in Japan 🇯🇵 album. This is REALLY My best track in here . Also Ian Paice is Stupendous. This is really a masterpiece. ✌🏾✌🏾☮️💜💜🙏🏾🤟🏿
Man, I was like 14 then. This is my favorite DP lineup - Gillan, Lord, Paice and Blackmore. They were a seminal band then. Blazed some trails, for sure.
R.I.P. Jon Lord's here from Space Trucking " Made in Japan 🇯🇵 "" plays an amazing organ solo mixed with synthesizer, and I have never heard such a Stunning 🤩 organ solo from Deep Purple in any song 🎵 like 👍🏾 this before.
In 1972 I was 9, listening to my babysitter's boyfriends' music in a basement where I was free to play their records all day long. Wide-eyed, flabbergasted and totally amazed I never recovered. I love this band and heavy metal ever since.
Yes, completely insane, Blackmore´s "one man show" unbelievable. Cal Jam was surely great. But I must say, this period, MK III was really something else. Glenn Hughes on bass (and vocals), yes, great!
@@donzanz9001 Both, Lord and Blackmore, according to Jon Lord, were very impressed at the audition, when they were about to replace Gillan and Glover. Even today, Blackmore speaks with respect about Glenn Hughes skills, not only as a bass player, but his vocice.
My all-time favorite English rock band on the word go these guys were the best rock and rollers England ever about always friend massage by would be in that band playing bass
Band was killing during this period. Ritchie was being Ritchie with his strats, jerking the whammy bar and making noises with it and even with all that abuse the guitar stayed relatively in tune. I've seen on a documentary video of his guitars that he eventually smashed both strats he played in this video either late '72 or early '73. Shame.....
Perfect and amazing Deep Purple music 🎵. This stunning line - up with Gillan and Blackmore , Lord , Paice and Roger Glover are making here in “ Live in Japan 🇯🇵 “ a stupendous hell of a job .Just sorry that after a short time this line up ⬆️ had split and Glover & Gillan were replaced by David Coverdale and Glenn Hughes and R.I.P. Tommy Bolin . The Mark 3 wasn’t as good in my opinion to Mark 2 .
4:44 Somebody in the crowd shouted something like a Japanese word. I can't catch it though I'm a native speaker of Japanese. Anyway I'm totally sure he said something in Japanese.
Welcome my son, to the spectral appears of the difficult pasion of your hards steps so lonely and dirtys as the human world that you know from yesterday to the today where I had the grays tears of yours multicolor where I find you many time always ago. Boris Alain Nimylowycz Rudd.
