I am so grateful I got to hear about that through you. For the first time I actually wrote to my local library and left a purchase proposal of this book. Since it is in english I thought there might not be as big of a demand for this book in my local library. Anyway, just like 4 hours later they responded to me they now bought the book for me and I will be the first one to read it. Wehoo! Great service I must say. I look forward to read both about their story and the recipes since I already bakes a lot of bread and mostly sourdough bread. 🙏🥰
