If you have the Beast Mater perk enabled, it'd be awesome if, every so often, you start a mission with a Pretorian (or perhaps even more rarely, an Oppressor) already controlled by you, being a Steve from an earlier excursion. Your dwarf would utter the line: "Wow, Steve, you've really grown!"

Zanny wasn't lying about the barrels being by design. The devs asked players if they wanted it fixed and everyone said no cause it was super fun and didn't affect actual gameplay.
