This music is amazing, it calms me down to a point of meditation, it makes me feel as if I lived in another timeline, centuries ago, I don’t know why, but it’s so soothing to my senses.

Play this particular song on my outdoor loudspeaker system ... The birds loved it and it vibrated over all my property. At 1209 watts each speaker. Truly amazing melody indeed. The neighbors called the cops, unfortunately! So I played it indoors instead. Some people cannot grasp True dynamic music or trying to understand spiritual enlightenment of any kind! I guess they aren't ready yet to be Experienced!! But thank you for the Experience anyway! Captain Mike Edwards Crowley ,Louisiana.

Or maybe you were intruding on somebody else's peace and fail to understand boundaries. You do not have the right to force others to listen to your music. That's bad karma, and blaming THEM for what YOU did is TERRIBLE karma.

Smoking weed and listering to Indfian sitar music doesn't make you a buddhist, it makes you a walking clichee hippie treehugger. Buddhists don't take ANY drugs, thats part of their religion. Also if your neighbour is okay with you playing the Rolling Stones outside and not okay with Indian sitar music YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT. Your freedom ENDS where you begin to interfere with the freedom of others. Your neighbour has the freedom to choose his OWN god damn music or to have no music at all. You have no right to force that on him. THat is usually simple common sense for most adults. People like you are as usefull as a second a**hole.

I’m trying currently to learn Indian Classical music. I’m using an electric guitar and a Jerry Jones Master Sitar ( electric, not a real sitar, more like a guitar with sympathetic strings and a buzz bridge). I’m listening to a lot of real sitar. I want to play ragas. I’m studying hard. I like it. This is what I want to sound like.

Yes, I know what you are speaking about. I have have been researching for a little while. I’m in touch with a teacher who has studied Sitar and has transferred his knowledge to guitar. He has replaced two strings with chakari strings, I have also. Looking forward to playing like this. I’m a classical guitarist, so I do have some experience.
