Sleep hypnosis is a practice like any form of meditation. It can have an immediate effect on you but it often takes time and practice. We are complex spiritual beings and requires a lot of regular defragmentation in order to maintain a healthy body and positive mindset.
Use your session for 30 days or more usually while you sleep. It doesn't matter at what point you fall asleep or if you remember the words being suggested to you. These sessions are safe for you and effective for most. Use headphones to experience the effects of the binaural frequencies in these session. But headphones are not mandatory.

I would like to suggest something. I and, I imagine many of your viewers suffer from anxiety about going to bed and trying to sleep. We sometimes engage in bedtime procrastination. What should be a relaxing time is often one of building anxiety for those with insomnia. I think a pre bedtime meditation would be quite helpful. Something to make the bedtime ritual calming and soothing instead of worrisome. A preparation to let go of the day and maybe even some special breathing or stretching? Maybe a focus on shifting thought patterns to gratitude instead of worry? Great work as always! Thanks so much! Edit: I know your meditations do calm thoughts and such but it can be difficult to go from full throttle worry to a headspace for sleep that is open to meditation. I think a pre sleep meditation could be a stepping stone to a sleep meditation which would be more effective due to a better mindset.
