Hi Steve, I appreciate your feedback! In the last 5 weeks I have trained more intensively than I have in years. Now I urgently need my body to regenerate. I was in the red zone too often in the last week. But I'm slowly regaining my strength. In the next few weeks I will change things up a bit and focus on alternating heavy training days and easy training days. A good time for you and always a great workout. Best regards.
