Thank you Linda. I am in the middle of a transition of my entire life and have been totally overwhelmed at times. This meditation and the one about grief have touched me deeply. They are so helpful in the middle of the night when fears get out of control. You are a true spiritual healer. Namaste

Looking forward to this- although I have to say that your last one "I am Loved", Linda, is one of the top most wonderful things I've ever heard in my life. I'm an autistic recluse and have contact with very few people. It's not something I ever wanted long-term, but I got stuck in it. It's a lonely place, and that recording helps me every night. Thanks a million times. 💗

I have CPTSD and I’ve come a long way managing my symptoms through CBT/DBT- but my therapist thinks I can get even better and has me meditating every day. I’ve tried a lot of other channels, but for some reason, this is the only one I can “sit with.” And also- I’ve been told “it’s ok” or “it will get better” a million times and because things haven’t gotten better… I just don’t trust them. But for some reason, I trust you. And this has helped more than you know.

Finally my day is done and I'm ready to unwind, let go and relax.🧘🏽‍♀️ 😌 Knowing I'll sleep in a few minutes 😴 through your soothing and comforting voice 🤗 is such a helpful and calming thought. 💆🏽‍♀️ The background music and imagary are very soothing and I don't know...gives your words a feeling of peace. ⛅️ Like if you're cleansing my body, 🧘🏽‍♀️ mind 💆🏽‍♀️ and spirit. 😇 So relaxing 😊 and tranquil. 🤍 My pain has eased off finally to a point where it's manageable for the first time today.
