I think Chetan Sir is more obsessed with Farhan Aktar Body @47yrs while Chetan Sir itself @45yrs old crazy right ...When Farhan said everything about your mind ...Chetan Sir thought Mind toh Paneer key Parathey kaney ka ha ......phir kaha hoga ...same thing he as asked in Swetabh Ganwar ..haha ha
Thanks Farhan Akhtar for making this movie. At age 43 I watch it even today when I am demotivated. Brilliant work and commitment. Do write and make great movies
Lakshya was an amazing film. When I was studying abroad and sometimes felt lonely or feeling demotivated and missing home, I always watched it and felt positive and motivated. I must have watched the film more than 50 times in those days. Box Office is another story but the film is a forever master piece. Farhan should be proud of himself forever and remember the film positively.
One of the most stimulating podcast I've heard from an Indian channel. I've always had a massive respect for Farhan Akhtar, but this conversation has put him on another level.
This is one of the loveliest and most inspiring interviews I've seen lately. The flow of the interview was incredible and just like a movie. There's a certain volubility with which Farhan speaks that captivates you and speaks volumes about the effort he's made towards perfecting his skills. Thank you Chetan for doing this. I hope this reaches more people. Looking forward to many more deep conversations.
Lakshya was the movie that I had loved when it came. I went to theaters and watched it. I do remember it was the year when I was preparing for my med school entrance and draw inspiration from it. In fact, I wanted to join AFMC (Armed Forces Medical College) cause of Lakshya. I could not get into AFC, however, I did get into med school the following year. So, thank you, Farhan for making such a beautiful movie!
I loved that part when Chetan told to Farhan that don't you want to have cakes and enjoy, as you are well established.. but with everything Farhan has he is still working so hard.. that is true love to your work and true passion..
Hi Chetan, I loved your chat with Farhan; though it was timed with his movie release, it didn't look like you are doing a movie promotion. I loved Toofan, and Farhan's inspiration is truly admirable. The talk show was an inspiration to know about Farhan's life upbringing and how he shaped up his carrier. The chat was an old buddy talking to a mix of English/Hindi, informal, which made it enjoyable to spend good 90mins, rather than a cheap discussion in the name of Coffee. I like the honesty response from Farhan, wherein he states that he didn't have an issue with food on the table by which his art and money are to different entities. To add money is the buy product once you achieve success - his appreciation for self-made and how he shaped up his carrier post dropping out of college. Excel as a production house is ahead in the race from other production houses that continue to bring in the same commercial masalas. Excel today is looked upon for unconventional stories, risk-taking projects. Even Karthik calling Karthik had a brilliant idea, except for Don and Don2. I felt disappointed, especially with the first one simply aping on Bachchan's franchisee. Tip for Farhan: I would love to see Farhan direct. Maybe Ranbir and Ranveer but something original. Good luck to you both.
The best interview on your channel so far. The question you ask about the process, actions, struggles, hardships, mental build up and how to overcome the barriers and adversities, methods and applications used by a high achiever are extremely useful and needed. These are the aspects missing in almost all other interviews and places. This sets this channel apart. Needless to say that the functional and practical knowledge out of the conversation which we can apply and emulate in our own day to day life is worth the time and absolutely uplifting. Thank you.
Sir I am an aspiring actor And I am in my early 20s I like these because one day I have to go there . please as like invite more actor or directors . Thanks you
Chetan ji. Your podcast with Mr. Farhan Akhtar was very inspiring. I liked mr.Farhan's view point that you can be anything you want to be. I liked his motivation to make the film Lakshya, which portays the Indian Army in the right perspective. Dipeshwar
One of the best Indian celeb interviews of the year. Learned a lot about the mindset and processes followed by high achievers. Also just to add 'Lakshaya' the movie transformed me as a person. The reason that I could drag myself out of poverty and amount to something in life was because of this movie. It is very close to my heart. Thank you for sharing this video Chetan and Farhan sir. I am a big fan of you both. Love from Toronto!
His movies and acting is awesome .I now remember watching Wazir and it was one of the best pre 2000s films I have watched .I thought his acting was very natural and intense in it. And I'm not a regular cinema watcher except some 80s and 90s films now and then.
Chetan, your work on RU-vid is incredible, it may not be the most commercial success, however, it is one of the best ones on RU-vid. You are sharing the truth, Truth has always being the most long lasting thing.
Its refreshing to hear Farhan speak hindi and easy to connect as well. I am not sure why most interviews are done in English ! This trend needs to change.
Hi Chetan ji! You are hosting a great talk show and are doing a tremendous job of it!👍👏👏 My appreciation goes out in equal measure to the host (for incisive questions and patient listening) and to the guest (for honest sharing of his/her life experiences). As a result of this happy combo, Deep Talk conversations turn out to be great learning experiences for all! Keep it going! Thank you!
Chetan, we relate to you as one of us and would appreciate how you lost the extra pounds and still maintaining it. Please post a video on that. Farhan playing on another level.
I personally recommend everyone to watch yesterday's RAW AND REAL PODCAST #15 of vedant and Shwetabh on the same topic...it is eye-opening And I don't think they should promote a movie just because of his transformation instead they should do it for their acting skills The scene with toofan right now is extremely wrong And btw toofan is just like another version of sultan
not everyone can afford mentioned scientific ways to stay fit..."fitness" should be more than just counting calories and weight .. we are chasing results and have become mechanical and forgotten that we are exercising to relax and enjoy ourselves..
Farhan Akhtar is renounced in Bollywood but coming from a middle class neither I could relate to his early life nor I felt motivated given that he could get away being that naieve earlier in life.
One of the best interviews, great philosophy in action. Great probing questions by Mr Chetan and answer from Mr Farhan. This is enriching for human evolution
Please continue this series. Chetan, you are very calm and minded person. I love to listen you. Your podcast are very motivating and information for me. I am thankful for having you daily in my smartphone 🙏❤️
Thank you for the interview. Farhan is incredible as a director. I always have tears in my eyes when I watch the scene from Dil Chahta Hai where Akash calls Sid thinking that he is calling Sameer. Just awesome... 😎
I am touched deeply with this conversation. Thank you Chetan for having Farhan. I hope what I have got today is a sustainable inspiration. But, Chetan you have earned my respect for inviting him despite of the apparent difference in political bending.
Yet another amazing session 👏🏻👏🏻 you realise that success is not an output just pumping your 12 hrs in ur course book but involves same or even more rigorous hard work in other fields . 5 hrs gym regime for 9 months for just a movie is not everyone can do . What I loved most abt this video is transformation of Farhan from a college dropout to a super successful and versatile Bollywood brand . I mean anyone can make this U turn provided the realisation of kick or something which you love doing . @Chetan - thank you so much for making such amazing series . I have almost watched all of your videos and super excited for d next lot . I see u also have transformed ur physiques from here as what I see in ur some of recent videos . Congratulations to applying these learning in ur life as well . Cheers bro .
Dear Farhan, one of the bestest , encourging and impactful interview I ever heard , It was streighr from Dil Se... Thanks and gratitude! This Interview always on watch list to rewatch and listen to refresh myself!
As a podcaster / host / interviewer, Chetan’s question asking skills are mind bogglingly great!! ❤️ Something that Elon Musk says that it’s a rare skill to frame a good question.
Chetan sir, please don't mind, you are very intelligent and smart but listening to your story, I feel like agar chetan bhagat kar sakta hai toh mein toh kar hi sakti hun!!!!! Much much respect to you. I can't thank you enough since last 3 years I have been dealing with my mental issues which are worse for last 7 months but you are just a healer!!! Lagta hai ki yaar itni buri bhi nhi hai meri life.Kar leti hun aapki baaton ke sahare. Please continue to make deep talks, long videos..I have watched it in splits in 3 days but it was inspiring you know. I know you are not going to read it , that's why I comment rarely, but thank you very very very much sir!!! Words are not enough to thank you.
In my humble opinion, purpose of life is to find yourself and connect with your own soul/consciousness at deeper level. Anything which helps in moving towards this will give us happiness. Understand yourself and conquer yourself is the goal of life. Relations, money and other stuff is to keep us focused in the process. Masters like monks: they do not need this... they attain the great level of mastery over their senses and make them slaves including thoughts.
I feel like the fact he mentioned about lack of an efficient system back in 90s is somehow correlated with the creativity that we have seen in films since then, it's not as much as it was before. Or maybe the efficient system has allowed making more films that do not depend on creativity for success.
insightful talk ,with lots of self accessments and investing in on the mindsets . the Q & A confronts us with both sides of the coin and keeping things practical .
