The price displayed in this video is for the model equipped as shown. Model centers quote the approximate price as the unit is equipped at the center and those models are set up to showcase many upgraded feature options. How you design your home will dictate the actual price, which can be considerably lower. Happy Hunting!

It cost 420k-512k way too high! This is the one we wanted but wow they said it would cost $4,000 a month. Picking a different model too expensive. Thanks for nothing deer valley!

Can I ask where this home was? I am in Alabama and they quoted me 330k and that was no extra options. I could handle 265k alot better!!

This is in Florida. The options that you choose impact the price and that can be very significant. If you spec'ed the unit as shown in this video, I can see it being that much, it's loaded with options that I mentioned while I walked it. I'll call them for a price for a base unit. Hello thank you recording the tours. It helps alot. When did you record this video? Today (May 6) I visited that same dealership in Hudson. The salesman said that house, as it sits, is $450K I know lumber prices fluctuate but if you recorded this a month ago how can the price increase that much in 30 days? I was very surprised to hear that because I drove two hours to see it.
