This is one of their most refreshing songs to date. The album itself is fantastic also. I just don’t get it when people say they don’t like the album. Bands today can’t revert backwards. Everything has to keep changing and move forward. “KICK” has a terrific and exceptional beat.
@@TheKoopaKings It's subjective really but from front to back I have to pick DSH over Adrenalize. Songs like Personal Property ( their worst track in history) , and I wanna touch you just kill it for me. They were out of ideas so they write watered down versions of past hits to fill the gaps and being pressed by the label to beat the grunge era that was about to smack them in the face, I have to disagree with you. DSH is fresh, organic, true to their style but a different approach, and sonically superior. Not that dreaded snare sound that Adrenaline has. I wouldn't even put it in their top 10. For me it's: Hysteria DSH Pyromania Euphoria Sparkle Lounge High & Dry MirrorBall Slang Yeah! Retroactive X Adrenalize OTTN 🔥
@TheKoopaKings . .I wholeheartedly agree with you about your assessment of Adrenaline. From PP being their worst song in history to IWTU being a rehashed PSSOM. And yes...that snare is terrible. Your list and my list are nearly identical.

My #1 favorite band to date!!!! Love these guys! Through all the ups and downs throughout their career, these guys always came out on top and even with Rick, the drummer, loosing his arm in a terrible car accident...they always managed to never give up and push forward to achieve the success they worked so hard to get in the music industry. This album has a very high replay factor and I literally like every song. Top 3 album of theirs in my opinion. Saw them live in '92. I'd love to take my son to see them on a solo tour. They are his favorite band as well
It’s in my opinion fifth best album but I love every song. Definitely a refreshing sound that is similar to what they dud in the 80s & 90s. I am 12 years old and I saw them for the first in the second night of the stadium tour and all the songs they played were amazing, even the ones from this album. This album is an absolute masterpiece.
I am DL’s all-time biggest fan! No. 1 band on the planet! Phil makes playing lead guitar look so easy, however I know that it isn’t. DL just refuses to ever slow down. That is a big plus for me! Peace.
I have to say the Los Angeles show this Summer was perfection! Hope Def Leppard releases it on a DVD. It was truly epic. Hope to see them in Monterrey Mexico and maybe even Portugal, Milan and in their home town of Sheffeild! Gotta save my $$.

Saw them at Fenway, it is insane how good these guys still sound, Diamond Star Halos is like 1988 all over again, absolutely incredible, you guys ARE THE BEST ROCK BAND EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Def Leppard is my favorite band of all time I’ve been a concert photographer during the 70s 80s and half of the 90s and I have met all of the different bands including these guys and met them on their very first tour but I have to say when Mutt Lange was producing their albums they just had killer rocks sound and to me in my opinion the ones that Mutt Lange produced were their best ever however no matter what they are still my favorite band of all time
