@@RebeccaOremen like this generally use less charisma and more browbeating and threats of further escalation. They just target women who have already been beaten down by previous relationships, society, or even their families. They save their charisma for grooming their friends and defenders outside the home. This man clearly is used to getting his way and using the threat of violence to get it. I’m not one for Three Strikes laws in how they’re used, but I think it’s clear this guy isn’t getting with the program that you don’t hurt women because they did something you didn’t like and therefore needs to be locked away for a long time.

@blackdandelion5549

Yes, he received many stitches. The man has a significant amount more charges now including attempted murder? for screaming something like "I'll kill you" when he attacked the judge and bashed her head into the wall and pulled her hair out. The clerk had some injuries and was seen to medicially, but released. The deputy/marshal? needed stitches for his wounds. My concern with this particular defendant receiving time is that he was found unable to stand trial at one point due to mental defect as he is said to have schizophrenia and bipolar. That is not someone who will do well in prison and prisons are known to not give prescribed medications, even required ones. He would do much better in a mental health facility long term where he can be managed and is away from the public, but will be medicated and other prisoners won't mess with a mentally ill man. He would have limited access to anything that could be dangerous to himself or others.

Notably, the deputies/marshals were apparently approaching him while the camera was focused on the judge -- he broke past them as they approached to take them into custody, apparently hurting a marshal pretty badly in the process: a gash on the forehead that required multiple stitches and a dislocated arm, from what I can recall. @Caelinus
@Caelinus 5 месяцев назад
This actually makes me curious about a criminal lawyers duty ethical duty in this scenario. Obviously you have to represent your client to the best of your ability in the court, but if you had an opportunity to physically restrain them from attacking someone, what would doing so do to the client-lawyer relationship? In one sense preventing them from committing a crime in front of dozens of witnesses, on camera, against a protected person performing their mandated duty, would be the best possible thing you could do for them in that moment. But I feel like, even if you and the client were both uninjured, there has to be some kind of rule about getting into a physical altercation with your client. My assumption is that stopping them would be fine, but then you would be forced to request to drop them as a client because you are now a potential witness against them, regardless of whether you stopped them or witnessed them assault someone. But I do not think this falls under crime-fraud because it is not communication done in the furtherance of anything criminal. There has to be something in the Model Rules that would cover this. Would it just be necessary to withdraw because you cannot intentionally lie to the court, and as a witness you could not adequately do the job as their attorney?

Not 3 weeks later.. with my son in the vehicle.. he got a fit of road rage and pulled over and beat a man half to death in front of my son on the side of the road.. Luckily, jurisdiction changed and I got his rights terminated. (Turns out he had 3 other kids who he had no parental rights over anymore either... I saw this right when it happened on zoom. Absolutely insane… there’s a lawyer I watch who has a lawyer that works is in that courtroom a lot with his clients. And the press conference they held for this was kinda nuts. Chief judge said it wasn’t preventable when it 100% was!!! Not enough cops there, the one that was there wasn’t close by. Then, the reporters asking questions like “was it inappropriate for the judge to make a comment like she did before she was attacked.” Or “how do people feel” about this and that!? Like what!? Who cares about anyone else’s feelings!! The judge was attacked and what she said was totally fine! To add to my comment, someone said after this attack that his mom said she thought maybe he was off his meds or something was “off” with her son (the defendant). But didn’t say anything to anyone. Also during the press conference about this the same judge is still going to sentence him on the case and he got several charges added and the judge was back to work the next day. Was treated for minor issues.

It really shows how liberal ideology has really handicapped a large group of people in American society. When someone watches this and immediately responds that the judges comment (absolutely appropriate) and facial expression (absolutely appropriate) were “triggering” to the criminal, which in some way justifies his insane behavior, it shows how broken we’ve become. The appropriate response is that he is unhinged and his reaction is criminal, not to justify his reaction due to his feelers getting hurt. We need to start forcing people to take full accountability for their actions, rather than mitigating their accountability due to outside issues that have nothing to do with why those people make poor choices. Adults are responsible for their own actions 99.9% of the time, and they are also responsible for themselves leading up to any actions they take. Parents need to hold their children accountable so that they don’t get to his age without understanding that actions have consequences.

At a couple of minutes in, he speaks for himself, speaking quietly about how he is reformed, aware of and addressing mental health problems, foster mum (in court) was standing for him and would give him a home. I felt that the way he stood belied his contrite words. It is worth watching that before the "action" phase (not sure why you did not show it??) as it makes this scene even more shocking than just seeing what you show here . The speed with which he changes is something to behold. Just like the proverbial flicking of a switch. During his speech, the judge interrupted him by reading out his history of ....."3 felonies, 9 misdemeanors, multiple dv's, battery of a protected person, robberies, attempted home invasion, ..."

@Payntpot did you do a full breakdown of this on your channel? He showed the most important parts, Everyone getting "a taste of something different". 😂 And an incredible track star too. Why you so concerned or bothered? Lol he also didn't let the video run so we could hear the inmates clapping-- ahh shockingly funny.

I saw the full video as well. Most of reaction channels I saw on this had to cut out the dialogue beforehand because the audio was so poor. It would have been nice if they went into why he was in court to begin with so watchers could understand his actions aren’t isolated; attacking women is what he does.

Sounds like a criminal lying through his teeth about how reformed he is

Is the foster mum saying "dear lord/dear Jesus"? The whole time he's beating the judge then fighting the baillifs... It was pissing me off, as seemed almost to be for him to be forgiven or something in some way, from who i thought was his mother, when watching it.
