That 4way conditioner is the truth! The price caught me off guard but I didn’t let that stop me. I have using it for 4 years now and I am very happy with the results. Most products sit on the surface of my hair and are too greasy or not creamy enough. Highly recommend it.

Caffeinated tea rinses reduce shedding and adding a monthly protein treatment for breakage. Being consistent and intentional with a hair regimen will give you the results you desire.

What she said! Protein treatment at least once a month, multi vitamins, daily moisturizer (spritz) detangle with conditioner in her under running water, trim ends every 3-4 months and reduce manipulation (try protective styling) ❤️❤️❤️ thank you!
