One of my all time favorite bands, but let's be honest here.. they've never really been that great live. Band was always clean, but Chino struggles live. Lots of producing went on in those studios.
I think he's blown his voice too much from the years of screaming. I saw them last year at Download here in the UK, and they were very good. It was the first time I had seen them since 2000. Not like they were of course. Which is a pity
I've recently seen them live here in Barcelona and for me the best one was Chino. I think he has improved a lot lately and he dosifies his vocals much better.
I think it’s a lot better back then when you really couldn’t hear what he was saying. Like back then it just sounded like he was singing syllables. But the truth is, when a band is this old, their fire fades away meaning they’re not good as back then.

He's very good at melodic singing (He has a very beautiful tone) and screamimg. Also, if you want to see him sing more properly in the lower register, check out the live cover he did with Gojira of Sepultura's Territory in 2022.
