Wow! I guess it was something they wanted to do for their dad. We know Deion already has a home in CO. I like the house in TX nonetheless the houses in CO are good real estate whenever he decides to move on.

They probably will take dad old crib and gonna give him the one they've purchased and all 3 sons will live together in Deon's old house where they can save $ and live together but not together cause the house is big enough for all of them. Great business move plus doing something great for dad 👍

@Tee-Baby16 Obviously you haven't seen both cribs or follow them and have seen that they are renting plus why not owning a home is better than renting someone else's 2nd again house is big enough for all of them to live comfortably and not be in each other's way. Plus would be a smart way to save money by the 3 of them splitting all the bills. Cause we all know they will be moving on real soon going to the NFL. So saving money to me would be smart and you know that if it will be beneficial for his kids future's Deon's all for it. So yes I can see him moving from one house to another. It ain't like he's gonna be moving no couches and taking TV's off the wall lol 🤣

@@crandigger They are renting because, they are in college and don’t want to live on campus. They did look for a house but couldn’t find one that was suitable for them.. Shilo and Shedeur will both be moving to their perspective cities for their NFL Career. I do follow them and know that they have bought their own properties in Texas. Deion has talked about them building houses there. Maybe Deion will stay in Texas during the summer and Colorado during the winter. The sons are already rich and still making big money plus, they have trust funds. I don’t believe that money is an issue for the younger two.

Because the purchase doesn't make sense. Let's forget the fact that Deion is already rich and can afford a multi-million dollar home. Buying him a private jet to go on recruiting visits would make more sense. Buying him a vacation home in some place warm would make more sense than buying a second mansion in the same locale.

He really don't need that much house or space a man pass 50 single no small children or grands..whats the point in paying for space he don't need, the maintenance alone will cost, he'll only use 3r4 rooms..take that money and make money invest in condos or something bc in a lil while he'll need assistance himself as we or our parents age they'll need help, if he was younger with small kids maybe but I think not..these young men like to flause/show off shiloh not so much

Makes ZERO sense. Why would Deion need his sons to buy him a house. He already purchased or leased a house in Colorado not that long ago. Deion makes more than all three of his sons combined. He is already worth millions even before he got to Colorado. Why would he need the help of his sons? We are not getting the full story or facts.

I agree with you. Lot's of kids buy their parents big, expensive homes when they "make it." But you never hear about children of very rich parents buying them home. Unfortunately With the Sanders family it seems like everything is for the camera and social media attention. And I wouldn't be surprised, with all that NIL money, that they're buying the house to lower their tax liability.

Mannnn. Waste of money. You already got a mansion in Colorado. Take that 7 mill you about to spend, and go build your own states in Africa. The bonus, is you will own the land.
