Idk if HBCUs are part of the NCAA, but I wish they would create their own collegiate sports organization to rival the NCAA. Have their own tv deals and pay the players. Paid Athletes could attract more 4, 5 star players build these programs and benefit the students and universities. Let the NCAA be a dinosaur and lose talent.
