The Book of Elijah speaks on how fasting should be a holy fast. So when you do fast it's a great idea to meditate and read the word. I don't know how to explain it but when you fast it's frees up so much space for the God to communicate with you. If you guys haven't read the book of Elijah I would definitely recommend it, it's so good. :)
