The thing about unus annus, you're allowed to take parts of the video to make like fan edits, but not allowed to repost a whole video. So even little moments that last 2 minutes uncut is ALLOWED, so you were allowed to show everything of that video you had

the mr beast video was from his rock paper scissors game at the end of his old videos back when he did best/worst intros on youtube videos back in 2016/2017 i remember watching the you won video back in the day
for the mrbeast video, the context is that before mrbeast was famous, he would do a rock paper scizzors thing at the end of his videos, and depending on which one u pick it sends u to an unlisted video named "You won" "You lost" "Draw".

I really love watching sam’s videos they always make me laugh and the fact that he actually takes RU-vid serious and cares for his fans is incredible! And it is crazy he has more than 9k views on the videos even though it was posted 20 minutes ago.
