For the dough:
1 cup flour
1 cup semolina flour
1 cup sugar
10g baking powder
For filling:
120g butter
0.5 lemon juice
200g sour cream
1 egg
10g vanilla sugar
1kg apples
1. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients for the dough.
2. In another bowl, mix until smooth the sour cream, egg and vanilla sugar.
3. Peel the apples and grate them, sprinkle with lemon juice so that the grated apples do not darken. Put the grated apples in a separate bowl.
4. Take a mold with a diameter of 24 cm, line the bottom and sides of the mold with baking sheets.
5. Grate chilled butter to the bottom of the mold and smooth the grated butter into the bottom of the mold.
6. Divide the dry mixture of flour, sugar and semolina into 4 parts, and apple filling into three parts.
7. Pour a quarter of the dry mixture onto the bottom of the mold, smooth, then spoon out a third of the sour cream filling and the last layer a third of the grated apples. Repeat this sequence of layers two more times. The last fourth layer is a quarter of the dry mix.
8. On top of the last flour layer, grate 100g of butter.
9. Put the mold in the oven preheated by 180 degrees, convection mode and bake the cake until it is completely browned for 1 hour. Check the readiness of the cake for a dry toothpick. Leave the cake in the mold until it cools completely.
