Who can resist the softness of a clafoutis eaten while still warm? Person ! Especially since clafoutis recipes are very easy to prepare. In summer, we gladly enjoy a cherry, apricot or mirabelle plum clafoutis. In autumn, we turn to a recipe for pear or apple clafoutis. Throughout the winter, we enjoy a clafoutis with dried plums, the famous Breton "far aux prunes". And throughout the year, we appreciate the originality of a savory clafoutis with goat's cheese and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- 8-9 Apricots
- 3 eggs
- 125g Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 50g Melted butter
- 150ml of Milk
- 130g All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- icing sugar
Instructions:
1. Wash 8-9 apricots, cut them in half and remove the core
2. In a bowl, break 3 eggs
3. Add 125g Sugar
4. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
5. Mix well
6. Add 50g Melted butter
7. Mix well
8. Add 150ml of Milk
9. Mix well
10. Add 130g All-purpose Flour + 1 Tsp baking powder
11. Mix well
12. Pour the mixture into a mold
13. Arrange your apricot pieces in the mold
14. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C-356 F for 40-45 minutes
15. Let cool
16. Once the clafoutis has cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar
