DELICIOUS!! My family is from the Slavic old- country, and my father loved kidneys!! So I grew up eating them, and learned to like them very much, along with enjoying another separate dish: beef liver! Between those two dishes, my favorite has ALWAYS been beef kidneys. One step better, however, is pork kidneys, with a SOMEWHAT better flavor. They are, however, far more difficult to find, for some unknown reason. GREAT VIDEO!! THANKS!!

I will never buy beef kidney, or any kidney ever again! I cooked the kidneys and it smelled like cow piss in my house for 2 days, and that's not a joke unfortunately. Kidneys still have some cow piss in them, it's impossible to soak them enough in water to get all the piss out. I recommend beef liver or heart instead.
