Bougatsa
We present you the recipe for a delicious bougatsa with a special and tasty cream !! This is an easy recipe, with simple ingredients that you have in your kitchen.

RECIPE:
Ingredients
1½ liter of milk
250 g sugar
170 g fine semolina
150 g butter
3 vanillas
500 g pastry dough phyllo sheets
50 g butter
Powdered sugar Cinnamon
Method
We start by making the cream! Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan to boil. When they get hot, add the semolina and stir until the mixture becomes creamy.
Then remove from the heat and incorporate the butter and vanillas.
Finally, cover our cream with cling film and leave it to cool.
Continue and take a shallow pan of 36 cm, which we butter and lay on its base 4 dough sheets crosswise.
Then, butter and put another 4-5 dough sheets after buttering them in between.
Then spread the cream evenly and continue folding the dough sheets inwards. We continue and place the remaining dough sheets, which we take care to butter in between.
Finally, butter well and sprinkle with a little water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Serve with icing sugar and cinnamon.
