Delicious Dolma and Sarma Recipe 

In this video, I am showing you my turkish recipe for minced meat stuffed grape leaves(sarma) and bell peppers(dolma).
1. First, we take our washed rice and put it in a suitable bowl. We add the ingredients we prepared for the filling on top and knead it nicely.
2. After resting for 15-20 minutes, we stuff our bell peppers and roll our grape leaves, then place them in a suitable pot.
3. We dissolve a spoonful of tomato paste in hot water, add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and mix.
4. After drizzling 1/4 cup of vegetable oil over the stuffed vegetables, we place the lemon slices on top. Then we pour the prepared tomato paste water over the stuffed vegetables and place it on the stove.
5. After it starts boiling, we cook for 40-45 minutes on low heat.
Special Recipe:
Enough boiled grape leaves
One kilo of bell peppers
(-cup measurement is 200 ml)
For the filling:
3 cups of rice
400 grams of minced meat
2 medium-sized onions
Half a bunch of parsley
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of pepper paste
Spices:
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of sumac
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of vegetable oil (may vary depending on the fat content of the meat)
1 cup of water
For the top:
1 sliced lemon
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
5 cups of hot water (water amount may vary)
This recipe serves approximately 8-10 people, but you can always adjust it according to your needs.
